Butel Villas

The Butel Hotel Villas command a premier location at Millbrook Resort, handy to all Resort facilities and amenities. They all have wonderful golf course views, many with Remarkables mountain views as well.

Each fully furnished Villa is laid out on a single floor either ground or first floor, and contains two spacious bedrooms with large matching ensuite bathrooms. They have two balconies or patios from which to enjoy the breath-taking views, an open living/dining area,and compact kitchen and laundry facilities.

All Butel Villas are part of the Hotel Rental Programme. Owners are not restricted with usage of their Villa, but whenever they are not in residence the Villa forms part of the Hotel Rental Programme earning income.

Two-bedroom cottages

Millbrook's two-bedroom cottages or townhouses are located at Chalmers Close, Settlers Way and Fox's Rush. The first two addresses consist of three-storey cottages primarily north facing and including a garage at semi-basement level. The middle level features lounge, dining and kitchen areas and the upper level consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms typically.

The 17 Fox's Rush cottages consist of blocks of two and three cottages in a crescent shape in a secluded area of the hamlet of Fir Grove at Millbrook. These cottages face on to a large pond and practice chipping and putting green. Each property offers a full size kitchen and a snug off the lounge which can be used for guest sleeping. Several of the Fox's Rush properties have a bunkroom in lieu of a large walk-in-robe.

Three-bedroom cottages

Millbrook's three-bedroom cottages occupy some of the most sought after locations within the Resort. Namely, The Mews, Reidhaven and McKillop Lane. These free standing two-storey homes front directly onto the sun-drenched 3rd fairway and also the 4th fairway capturing stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Each house is sited on its own freehold title and typically offers three bedrooms with one on the ground floor, two or three bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge layout. There is an attached double garage and Millbrook’s experienced gardeners can maintain landscaping. Some of these original homes have been extensively made over and they are keenly contested when resale opportunities emerge. Many owners elect not to rent their properties through the cottage rental program and retain purely for their own exclusive use, but the rental program is available to all cottages.

Fairway homes & sections

In recent times Millbrook has developed three premier subdivisions on the 12th Fairway (Malaghan’s Ridge), on the 2nd Fairway (Orchard Hill) and along the 10th Fairway (Streamside Lane). These three locations now showcase some of the finest properties on the Resort and offer luxurious fairway living.

Malaghan’s Ridge is divided into the fairway level consisting of 11 sections ranging from 468m2 to 811m2, and the upper level featuring 8 sections ranging from 954m2 to 1147m2. Practically all the sections have been built on, with prestigious three to four bedroom homes ranging between 232m2 and 430m2 now gracing the landscape.

Orchard Hill, originally the site of the orchard on the old farm, is a unique 7-section subdivision now developed with modern homes and easy access to the Resort's facilities. Sections range from 1001m2 to 1307m2.

Streamside Lane homes designed by established and respected architect Michael Wyatt, offer outstanding features and attention to detail. Representing a return to the first principles of the early Millbrook buildings, these homes have deep windows, use stone and plaster materials with a little wood to add variety and texture, and are finished with a slate roof.
