Once you have made the decision to invest in Millbrook by purchasing a residential section, you can elect to manage the design and building process yourself or engage Millbrook Project Management Limited to assist you in the design and construction of your residence.

Millbrook offers a total Project Management Service. This service allows for Millbrook's experienced staff to manage all consultants, authorities and contractors on your behalf throughout the project life cycle. These services in summarized form include:

Preparation of Design brief, selection and engagement of consultants
Preliminary design and cost estimates
Liaising with Millbrook Design Review Committee
Developed design and integration of consultants services
Attainment of necessary consents, permits and approvals
Negotiating and/or tendering of a construction contract with a registered Master Builder(s)
Administration and supervision of construction contract
Attainment of necessary statutory requirements and certificates
Design, tendering and completion of further services where required such as landscaping, interior finishing's and furnishings
Liaising at all times with the client

Millbrook's involvement and scope of work can be simply tailored to suit each individual purchaser's intended involvement in the project.
