What is Millbrook?
Millbrook is a year-round country club incorporating a boutique hotel set amidst some of the world's most spectacular alpine scenery.

Where is Millbrook?
We are located in the South Island of New Zealand, 45 minutes by air from Christchurch and 90 minutes from Auckland. You'll find us just outside historic Arrowtown - 20 minutes drive from Queenstown and 15 minutes from the airport.

What recreational facilities are available at the country club?
Millbrook Country Club offers its Members a superbly crafted and presented 18-hole par 72 course, originally designed by Sir Bob Charles and recently updated by Greg Turner. In addition the new Coronet 9 course, designed by Turner McPherson, will open up in the summer 2010. The Health and Fitness Centre includes a fully equipped gym and a 25-metre three lane heated pool. Activities include exercise classes, tennis, mountain biking, petanque and volleyball. The spa at Millbrook is considered one of the best in the world. It provides a complete range of therapeutic and beauty treatments for men and women. Recently Millbrook added several kilometers of walking trails which will complete a vital portion of the Wakatipu Trail Network between Arrowtown and Queenstown.

Where is Coronet Square?
It is situated west of The Spa and between the 1st and 3rd holes of the new Coronet 9 Golf Course.

Can my property be rented?
Yes. Privately owned properties at Millbrook may be rented through a commercial renting programme operated by the resort.

Am I able to modify any of the interior or exterior elements?
Millbrook has stringent design guidelines, however some interior and exterior elements my be modified. Check with property sales to discuss any specifics.

What are my ongoing ownership costs?
Owners pay their own utility charges (power, telephone, gas, etc), local Authority rates, Millbrook's Estate Fees, insurance, Membership annual dues and any landscape or maintenance costs specific to their property.

Can I get Millbrook to maintain my property?
Yes. Millbrook's maintenance and housekeeping services can be engaged, to maintain your property.

What level of fitout will be provided at Coronet Square?
These homes offer outstanding features and attention to detail. They will include quality floor coverings, appliances, home entertainment systems and internal vacuum system. All loose furniture and drapes have been left to individual owner's choice. Millbrook does however offer an interior fit-out service to make this task easier for purchasers.

What is the ownership tenure?
All properties at millbrook have freehold titles.

What is the purchasing procedure?
There is a comprehensive Agreement for Sale and Purchase for buyers. It sets out the legal description of the property, the deposit and settlement regime and the purchaser’s and developer’s obligations. Offers will be treated on a first come first served basis.

When will my Coronet Square property be ready to move in?
The first homes in the neighbourhood have been completed with construction continuing.

Has capital growth been good throughout Millbrook’s history?
Yes most definitely. Houses have appreciated the most with several properties achieving 100% capital appreciation since completion. Millbrook has been a safe haven and has out performed many of the other resorts in New Zealand due to it’s reputation for quality and commitment from a strong development team. Also, Millbrook is one of a kind and has a finite resource. Only 5% of the land will be built on which creates an environment for all to enjoy.
