The following positions are currently been recruited for at Millbrook:

Duty Manager

We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager who would like to expand their experience by working in a diverse resort.

Applicants must have previous Duty Management experience with a Front Office background and be able to demonstrate that they can work using their initiative and think on their feet. A current General Manager’s certificate is preferable. This role will involve shift work including weekends.

Receptionists

These positions will suit an organised and outgoing person with previous experience in a similar role and with a working knowledge of Opera. Local area knowledge is preferred and you will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service and be flexible in working a variety of shifts. Naturally your communication skills and personal presentation will be of a very high standard.

Kitchenhand

We are looking for Kitchenhands who are flexible in their approach and able to work a variety of shifts.

You will work under supervision of the Chef of the day being able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas ie, kitchen and servery areas.

Room Attendants

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our existing professional Housekeeping Team. You must have relevant experience and be flexible in your approach and able to work shifts, including weekends.

Experienced Bar and Waiting Staff

We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors and Attendants who have a strong focus on service excellence, who are flexible in their approach, and able to work shifts.
